July 2000 as one of the earliest professional personnel
service agency in
the city of Shanghai, which focuses on talent recruitment
and executive search.
In November of 2002, XieCheng was granted the business
license by ShanghaiMunicipal
Government which made the company one of 202 licensees
so far in Shanghai. All the
relative business in executive searching, contingency
selectionand information consulting are legitimate and
protected by law.
We have accumulated rich experience and knowledge during
the process of cooperating with international companies
and extensive human resource networks,which enable us
to recommend the most qualified candidates to our clients.
Our database has amassed a large group of talents information
that covers engineering, production, quality assurance,
finance, human resource, logistics, IT, R&D, sales
& marketing, etc. fields. The full understanding
of our clients' business and the requirements of each
position is the key to fulfilling our clients' needs
as fast and as efficient as possible.
For every employment position XieCheng delegates a team
whose specialty is to manage that particular recruitment
project.
We have a group of professional consultants who possess
extensive multi-national companies experience and have
been in the personnel consulting business for a number
of years. After signing the agreement with the client,
we will recommend at least three qualified
candidates within ten business days.
Before our recommendation, we will make the first strict
interview and choose the better one whose information
will be supplied to the employers for reference.
To find the right person for the job as fast and as
efficient as possible is paramount to us. Before our
final recommendation we conduct strict interviews, check
references, and choose the best candidate to fill the
position.
In the unlikely event that the hired candidate leaves
the client's employment within the first three months
of work, on his/her own accord, XieCheng will undertake
to find an equally suitable replacement for the client
at free charge.
