· Signing of service agreement
· Shortlisting candidates through understanding of the job description and responsibilities
· Interview shortlisted candidates.
· Conduct references check and verify credentials of shortlisted candidates.
· Client preview of recommended shortlisted candidates.
· Client interview of selected shortlisted candidates.
· Feedback to both client and candidate.
· If required, arrange second and third interviews for clients.
· Negotiate terms and conditions of employment for successful candidate.
· Schedule follow-up meetings with both client and successful candidate.
