For the Senior management:
30% of gross annual income

For the Middle management:
25% of gross annual income

For the General position:
20% of gross annual income

Notes:
" In line with current practice, we do not charge any fees to candidates or job-applicants.
" The retainer fee will be paid upon the request of an interview with any prospect candidates after receiving the candidate's reports. The retainer fee will be 10% of the professional fee.

PAYMENT:
The total professional fee should be paid within 10 business days after the successful candidate's commencement of employment.
