General Purpose & Objectives目的和任务:
-  Responsible for assured supply, quality improvement, cost management control, safety management, playing leading role in developing Company’s future by actively participating Company’s senior management team’s activities, so that the company can achieve its production quality, quantity and profitability objectives.
负责工厂的运行管理： 保证供应、质量控制、成本控制、安全管理， 带领团队积极参与福喜高层管理团队长远的战略发展计划，以此实现公司的总体目标

Major Tasks & Activities主要工作责任:
­-  Plan and direct the overall plant operation functions including plant production, product quality control, engineering, HR, and etc.计划指导整个工厂的运作，包括生产、质量控制、工程、人事等
­-  Assure supply to the customer in terms of continuous availability of finish good products, review and analysis of capacity optimization.确保稳定供应、能力优化
­-  Have a validated contingency plan in place and agree to meet customer expectation.确保工厂应急供应计划准确到位，满足客户需求
­-  Continuously improve safety, cost and sensory aspects of plant operations by developing SOPs for all processes and spearheading the plant quality management system.持续的安全生产、成本控制并建立加工过程的SOP
­-  Manage financial aspects of production in terms of inventory management, maintenance and machine down time, headcounts for direct labor, sanitation, logistic and plant A & A.工厂库存管理、维修、当机时间、直接人工成本、清洗、后勤和行政管理方面的财务管理
­-  Meet planned budget level on travel, product loss and operating supplies and to show continuous improvement trend and implementation of systems in these areas.工厂费用控制
­-  Manage plant quality function in accordance with customer’s guidelines and deliver quality results consistently.产品质量控制
­-  Ensure the safety of all plant personnel with the goal of zero accidents, and working environment compliance with local regulations.  工作环境安全并符合国家法律规定
-  Develop and coach department managers.人员的发展

Quality Requirements资历要求:

Education & Working Experience 教育及工作经验：
-  At least 10 years related global food company working experiences, including 5 years as Plant Manager; 10年以上食品企业工作经验，其中5年担任厂长职位；
­-  College education or degree in food science; 食品工程相关专业

Special Knowledge专业知识:
­-  Production and Processing: knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control, costs, and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture of goods; 生产加工方面的知识；
­-  Administration and Management: knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, leadership technique, production methods, and coordination of people and resources; 企业管理方面的知识；
­-  Personnel and Human Resources: knowledge of principles and procedures for personnel recruitment, selection, training, compensation and benefits, labor relations and negotiation. 人员管理方面的知识。
­ 
Competency技能:
­-  Strong leadership including the ability to implement change and resolve conflicts;较强的领导力，能推动实施变革和解决矛盾；
­-  Good communication skills throughout all levels; 较好的沟通能力；
